This is my go-to salad dressing recipe. I’ve been eating it a few times a week for nearly a year and I haven’t gotten sick of it yet. It has a cheesy, buttery taste from the nutritional yeast and a fun kick of dill to keep you on your toes! This dressing will have salad-phobes asking for another drizzle!
Nutritional yeast, commonly referred to as nooch, is a delicious cheese alternative and offers up a load of B vitamins.
Dulse flakes are a mild tasting sea vegetable that have a healthy dose of minerals (like iron and potassium), Omega’s 3 and 6, and protein.
Paired with lemon- which contains vitamin C, aids with digestion, and improves skin- this dressing should be taken seriously as a powerhouse of nutritional goodness!

Ingredients
Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar. Whisk/shake. If your desired consistency is not achieved, add water. Done!
Dressing keeps well for about a week in an airtight container.
