About the Event

Do you experience low energy, brain fog, skin irritations, weight struggles, digestion issues, or frequent illness? Chances are you are dealing with a compromised gut. 

Join my 8 week 2020 Gut Health Course!


  • Runs from January 6th- February 26th
  • Meeting 1x a week for 60 minutes
  • You choose the day of the week that works better for you and stick to it throughout the program. The options are Mondays from 7-8pm PST OR Wednesdays from 10-11am PST.
  • We will meet online via UberConference- You will get all the info you need about this before the first call, you just need a computer or phone.
  • You must be able to attend at least 6 out of the 8 sessions. 
  • Cost: $57 per session x 8 = $456 total. If you are a subscriber to my site and have NOT used your 20% off a program yet, you may use it on this group, making your total $365. A down payment of $228 is required to sign up. The remainder (with or without the discount) will be collected by the 4th week via cash, check, Venmo or PayPal.
  • You are responsible for paying for all 8 sessions, even if you miss one.

Group Principle- Create a lifestyle that incorporates daily actions and habits that nourishes a healthy gut microbiome. 


Member Must Haves:

  • Excited and willing to implement new habits into daily life.
  • Dedication to the program and sticking to the new habits.
  • Ability to meet via UberConference (access to phone or computer) a minimum of 6 out of the 8 weeks of the program.
  • Enjoys learning from others.
  • Likes being a part of a group and sharing ideas.
  • Open and honest about struggles, setbacks, successes, and questions.

What you will get:

  • Each week we will explore a habit that supports gut health and discuss how to implement it in your life. 
  • You will receive an email with information and handouts about the upcoming habit a few days before our meeting. You read up on it (10 minutes of reading) and write down any questions or thoughts you have. We discuss it on the call, you try incorporating it into your life, and we recap at our next session.
  • You will get two emails a week- one with the new habit and info, and one after our session from me to you to check in about how it is going.
  • I will share meal plans, recipes and health documents to support our work.

We will cover a variety of topics including but not limited to probiotics, prebiotics, fermented foods, gut healing foods, sleep, stress, antibiotic exposure, and how to create a gut healing home.
