About the Event

Do you experience low energy, brain fog, skin irritations, weight struggles, digestive issues, a compromised immune system, or struggle with an Auto Immune Disease? Chances are you are dealing with a compromised gut. 

Join my 8 week 2020 Gut Health Course!


  • Runs from July 6th- August 24th
  • Meeting 1x a week- Mondays from 3:30-4:30pm PST.
  • We will meet online via Webex- You will get all the info you need about this before the first call, you just need a computer or phone.
  • You must be able to attend at least 6 out of the 8 sessions. 
  • Cost: $58 per session x 8 = $457 total. If you sign up on Monday, June 22nd, you will receive a 10% off discount! A down payment of $229 is required to sign up. The remainder (with or without the discount) will be collected by the 4th week via cash, check, Venmo or PayPal.
  • You are responsible for paying for all 8 sessions, even if you miss one.

Group Principle- Create a lifestyle that incorporates daily actions and habits that nourishes a healthy gut microbiome. 


Member Must Haves:

  • Excited and willing to implement new habits into daily life.
  • Dedication to the program and sticking to the new habits.
  • Ability to meet via Webex (access to phone or computer) a minimum of 6 out of the 8 weeks of the program.
  • Enjoys learning from others.
  • Likes being a part of a group and sharing ideas.
  • Open and honest about struggles, setbacks, successes, and questions.
  • Ability to abtain a copy of Fiber Fueled by Dr. Will Bulseiwicz.

What you will get:

  • Each week we will explore a habit that supports gut health and discuss how to implement it in your life. 
  • You will receive an email with information and handouts about the upcoming habit a few days before our meeting. You read up on it (10 minutes of reading) and write down any questions or thoughts you have. We discuss it on the call, you try incorporating it into your life, and we recap at our next session.
  • You will get two emails a week- one with the new habit and info, and one after our session from me to you to check in about how it is going.
  • I will share meal plans, recipes and health documents to support our work.
  • A guided book study about the book Fiber Fueled.

We will cover a variety of topics including but not limited to probiotics, prebiotics, fermented foods, gut healing foods, sleep, stress, antibiotic exposure, fiber, and how to create a gut healing home.
