January Weight Loss Group
We will meet 1x a week for 2 months via Uber Conference. You can meet in the comfort of your home, in sweats, if you're like me! You will receive information on how to use Uber Conference prior to our meetings. You just need a computer or phone!
The day and time will be the same each week. You can choose either Tuesdays from 8-9am or Wednesdays from 7-8pm (PST) when signing up.
Start and End Dates?
The Tuesday group will start on January 8th and end February 26th.
The Wednesday group will start on January 2nd and end February 20th.
What do we do?
Each week we will discuss small, healthy changes that have huge positive impacts on your health. I will teach you how to crowd out your old habits with new healthy ones, and you will start implementing them immediately.
The next meeting we will discuss how the changes have gone, and you will be introduced to a new habit.
These are the habits of healthy people that have been proven time and time again to improve your overall wellness, as well as maintain a healthy weight.
This continues for 2 months. That's all it takes to make lasting changes to your body and health!
Aside from weight loss, what do I get?

What do I need to commit to?
The ability to meet 6 out of the 8 meetings via uber conference.
Being on time and ready to share your experiences and feelings.
A dedication to cooking real, whole foods for the two months, and hopefully for the rest of your life!
Openness to new ideas and a commitment to implementing new habits.
$35 a session x 8 Session = $280 total
