Registration for the 2020 Gut Health Group is finally open- I'm so excited! There are ten spots total available. It's important that you sign up soon to snag a spot. If you are still unsure if it's right for you, today I'm going to go over everything you need to know about the group so that you know exactly what you're signing up for and to see if it's right for you.
WHO is the group for?
It’s for anybody that experiences low energy, brain fog, struggles with sleep, has an autoimmune disorder, any kind of digestive issues, chronic diseases, or if you just want to make sure that your gut is being nourished and give your health a boost!
The group principle is to create a lifestyle that incorporates daily actions and habits that will support a healthy gut microbiome and in turn, create a healthy you!
This group runs from January 6th to February 26th.
We meet one time a week via Uber conference. You just need access to a computer or phone to use this platform.
It will be on Mondays from 7 to 8 p.m. OR Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. You choose which day of the week and time works best for you and then stick to that for all eight weeks.
The program is $57 dollars per session x 8 sessions is $456. If you are a subscriber to Northwest Health Coaching and have never used your 20% off discount, you can use it for this program making your cost $365.
If you are only able to attend seven out of the eight sessions you still are responsible for paying for all eight sessions.
You can pay in two payments- one using your credit card online when you register and the second chunk you’ll pay by the fourth session.

Excited about implementing new habits into your lifestyle for the duration of the program.
Have access to Uber conference. (I will send you information about how to get started on Uber conference. Its super easy. You just need access to a phone or computer.)
Keep up with your emails. You will be getting two emails a week- one with information about the new habit and one where I am checking in with you. It’s your responsibility to check your emails and stay up-to-date with them and respond to them when necessary.
Enjoy learning from others.
Ability to be open, honest about your experiences, setbacks, and successes, and have the ability to contribute to a group setting.
A dedication to the program throughout the eight weeks.
Each week we will be incorporating a new habit that has been shown to support gut health. I will be sharing the habit with you in an email. You read the email before our session, we meet and discuss the habit, why it's important, how to incorporate it into your life realistically, and any questions you have about it. Then you implement that for the week and we discuss it at the next session, discussing how that habit is going. You'll be getting handouts, PDFs and different articles that explain the habit. They will take about 10 minutes a week to read.
You'll also be getting email support between the sessions where I'm checking in with you to answer any of your personal, specific questions, and to support you in any way you need.
We've got six health habits that we will be covering throughout the eight weeks and these, like I said, are all shown to support your gut from numerous studies and years and years of experience.
You will also receive meal plans and recipes that support the gut and start to nourish your body from the inside out.
We will cover a variety of topics including probiotics, prebiotics, stress levels, sleep, fermented foods, antibiotic use, and how to create a healing home to nourish your gut.
